1 General Provisions

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

• Minimum bet amount is BDT 10; maximum bet limits vary by market.
• Odds may change during live betting; the odds at the time of confirmation will apply.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with Big Bets' own rules.
• If match-fixing is suspected in relation to any bet, Big Bets reserves the right to void that bet.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Big Bets platform and will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of associated funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts.
• Creating or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Using Big Bets for money laundering or any illegal activity.
• Abusing bonuses or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Attempting to hack or launch a cyberattack against the platform.
• Harassment or deception of other users.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Big Bets reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the circumstances listed below. The user will be notified by email of the reason for any suspension.

• If evidence of a terms violation or prohibited activity is found.
• If false information is detected during KYC verification.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• By order of a court or law enforcement authority.

Before closing an account, Big Bets will attempt to return any remaining balance; however, funds may be withheld or forfeited in cases of terms violations.
